What is your Return & Exchange Policy/ How Can I return my item(s)?

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SNOODS & FACE MASKS.
CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE INCLUDING 'YOUR OWN DESIGN - 'Made To Order'
FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF THE DELIVERY NOTE SHOWING ORDER NUMBER, NAME AND INFORMATION AS TO WHY THE ITEM(S) ARE BEING RETURNED.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY NOTE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND THE ABOVE INFORMATION ON A NOTE.
IF THIS IS NOT DONE IT WILL CAUSE A DELAY.
UK Returns
For you to receive a refund or exchange, you must return your 151s product(s) to us in new condition (unused, with tags & labels still attached & in original packaging) within 14 days of you receiving the goods. This excludes the return shipping time. We will usually refund the cost price of the item within 3 working days of goods being received by us.
For exchanges we will invoice you £3.00 to cover return post costs when we receive your returned item(s). You are welcome to include a self addressed pre paid label if you prefer.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) have been worn, used, washed or otherwise returned in a condition that is unable to be resold.
When we receive the return we will then process your exchange or refund, normally within 24 hours (exchanges are usually sent out the same day that the returns arrive at our office).
Bike Security
It is a condition that the buyer is 100% sure this item is suitable for their motorcycle or use. Please before purchase check out online that this item is suitable for fitment to your motorcycle or use. If you purchase the item by mistake or the item does not fit your model postage costs both to deliver at £5.00 and return (actual costs) will be deducted (If some postage has been paid then this will be taken into account). If the item is returned with any missing parts including packing, instructions or has marks, damage deductions will be made.
Please repack item(s) in there original packaging & print & fill out the Returns & Exchanges Form or write your preferences on a piece of paper & pop it inside the package containing the product(s) you wish to return.
When we receive the return we will then process your exchange or refund, normally within 24 hours (exchanges are usually sent out the same day that the returns arrive at our office).
International & Worldwide Returns & Exchanges
For returns & exchanges outside of the UK please contact us via email for more details. Please note return & exchange shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Can I Exchange My Item(s) For A Different Size Or Colour?
Yes, we accept exchanges on most of our products. Please note the item(s) you wish to exchange have to be the same price as the item(s) you originally purchased. Please see "What is your Return & Exchange Policy/ How Can I return my item(s)?" above for a full explanation oh how to exchange items.
